When your chips are down, and you slow down and realise how your life is going , you make great decisions.
In your silent , calm moments thats when you make right decisions. How a positive mind will help you achieve your mini goals. My testimony: In my 12th year in high school ,I was a basketball player , but the coach always picked on me for all my wrongs ,and despite the fact that I was a good player , he would put me in the second best team in the school.A lot of people dropped out and they stopped playing the game, but I continued going for all my practice sessions an continued keeping it on the low. Then one day we had a tournament at a neighbouring school in the city.The coach put his favourite first five, and after the first quarter I was put in.I scored a minute after I got in and the coach was shocked, I played well enough to get the coach wondering where I had been all along. The moral of the story: When things are not going right, force yourself to keep going on, keep going strong and eventually you will be noticed, or you will notice your hard work. By remaining optimistic I got the change how the coach perceived me and by working hard and being consistent it eventually paid off. today I am going to be talking about how to achieve sleeping goals . we all have dreams and aspirations, but the difference between a regular person and a exotic person is : A exotic person plans out their day, months, year , future. A regular person sees the day as it comes their way. There are many ways of achieving goals. Firstly you need to:
I usually plan out my days and have a checklist with me for the day, this makes me manage my time wisely and makes my day more organized. I don't follow the wind or move about aimlessly before the I finish my daily goals. I hope this has helped you. Yours Francisca How do you respond to set backs? Do you cry? Do you want to kill yourself? Do you get extremely depressed? Do you isolate yourself? Do you give up? Do you lose hope? Do you fight to bounce back? Do you continue moving forward? There are so many ways different people respond to setbacks that come into their lives, but the difference between an optimistic person and a pessimistic person is that an optimistic will always see a good in the bad, whilst a pessimistic person will continue dwelling on the bad things. Setbacks make people that are weak depressed, cause them to isolate themselves, give up, lose hope anything that will let them feel bad for not making it in whatever they want to do. However setbacks make people that are strong bounce back, polish on their weaknesses, continue moving forward, build their self esteem, feel good. When I refer to weak or strong in this context I mean: Weak minded :people that look at the negative and do not appreciate the positive aspect or the lesson they should learn. Strong minded :people that see the good in every bad situation and learn at the lesson in every bad thing so that they can improve themselves in the long run because of them having once failed before. A disciplined person who is in the process of changing from being weak minded to being strongly minded starts to realise that as you fail you start to go somewhere. You choose whether to go up or down.Whether you want to empower yourself or not even after many set backs. If you don’t fail then there must be something wrong with you, you must be supernatural then, actually you must be God because he is the only one that doesn’t fail. Failure doesn’t start when you are a adult.I hope you are understanding me here, because if we really analyse the human system we are built up of failures. Take a look at this for instance :
If you apply that concept in your life now you will see a change within your life because you start to view things differently. Your setbacks are there to help you polish up your mistakes, it leads you to perfection.Look nothing comes easy, so look at setbacks as your test and if you really want it you will do whatever it takes to make it happen. When you reach the stage of perfection you start to realise the results you did not expect. “it is your attitude that determines who you are-SPMZ” The human mind can be manipulative if you don't tame it , so teach yourself to be self disciplined for you to make it to the stage you want in life, but like I said this will only make sense to those that are willing to change from being weak minded to being strong minded.
